Where to find Eikthyr

Eikthyr is the first Forsaken and patrols the Meadows. You summon it at the Mystical Altar by placing two Deer Trophies on the offering stones. Deer Trophies drop from deer scattered across the Meadows — farm a handful before attempting the fight.

Attack pattern

Eikthyr alternates between a charging stag rush and a lightning AoE that radiates from its antlers. The AoE telegraphs briefly — step out of the ring or block with a shield. The charge is a straight line; sidestep rather than backpedal.

Fight tips

• Bring a wood shield and either a club or a crude bow for chip damage between charges — Eikthyr resists no damage type, so any weapon works.
• Keep health above ~60 with Meadows food (grilled meat, raspberries) so a single AoE cannot finish you.
• Fight in open ground: trees and rocks can block your sidestep and trap you in the lightning ring.

Drops and Forsaken Power

Defeating Eikthyr grants the Hard Antler, which unlocks the Antler Pickaxe — your gateway to mining copper and tin in the Black Forest. Claiming its Forsaken Power at the altar reduces the stamina cost of running, jumping and swimming, a boon that stays useful from the Meadows to endgame and makes the next biome far less punishing.
