Where to find Yagluth

Yagluth is the fifth Forsaken and the end of the classic progression line (Eikthyr → Yagluth, the original 1.0 pre-release progression). His arena is a stone circle in the Plains, and you call him with five Fuling Totems taken from Fuling villages and camps across the biome.

Attack pattern

Yagluth is a stationary caster with three answers to everything you do: a ground slam with a wide shockwave, a meteor swarm that sets the arena burning, and a skeleton summon that turns a one-on-one into a crowd. The meteors mean the ground itself becomes the enemy in the second half of the fight.

Fight tips

  • He has no real damage-type weakness — blunt and slash land at full value. Avoid pierce (quarter damage) and fire (half damage) as your main damage source.
  • Kill the skeletons as they rise. They exist to break your dodge timing, and a slam while you are occupied is how runs end.
  • Bring fire resistance mead for the meteor phase and the burning ground, and keep a fire-extinguishing escape route in mind.
  • Clear the surrounding Plains first. A Fuling party or a lox joining the fight is the most common avoidable wipe.

Drops and Forsaken Power

Defeating Yagluth grants the Torn Spirit (×3), the item used to craft the Wisp Fountain, and the Yagluth Trophy. The Yagluth Power gives lightning resistance, a Farming skill bonus and a general damage increase — situational, but the Farming bonus is the only way to accelerate crops.

The power lasts 300 seconds: lightning resistance, +25 Farming and +10% damage dealt. Full list: Forsaken Powers.

Frequently asked questions

What is Yagluth weak to?
Yagluth has no real damage-type weakness — blunt, slash and frost all deal full (x1) damage. He is resistant to fire (half damage), very resistant to pierce (quarter damage), and immune to poison and stagger. A blunt or slash weapon with fire resistance is the safe, efficient choice.
How many Fuling Totems do I need?
Five, offered at the standing stones in the Plains. Totems come from Fuling villages and camps.
What does Yagluth drop?
The Torn Spirit (×3), used to craft the Wisp Fountain, plus the Yagluth Trophy. His Forsaken Power grants lightning resistance, a Farming skill bonus and increased damage.
